RECYCLING
The Crescent Township Board of Commissioners have instituted a voluntary recycling program. Residents not wishing to recycle may dispose of recyclable items in the trash.
A recycling receptacle has been placed in the rear parking lot of the Municipal Building for residents wishing to recycle.
The items acceptable for recycling are:
Glass Bottles
Metal Cans
Plastics #1 and #2
( numbers are on bottom of container)
A paper recycling bin has been added. It is next to the other bin.
Cardboard
All acceptable items, except paper may be co-mingled in the receptacle; there is no need to separate them.
